Westinghouse set - collector ring brush rack modification

In 2020,our company participated in the transformation of the collector ring part of the "EPC Project of the complete generator Replacement of No. 2 in Zhuhai Power Plant". The original generating set OF ZHUhai Power PLANT was contracted by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and designed by

Westinghouse Make.

After more than 10 years of operation,serious oil leakage and excessive vibration and other critical safety failures occurred. After receiving the collector ring task,the company overcame the difficulties of tight schedule,heavy task and heavy workload,successfully completed the collector ring transformation,and was put into operation on schedule and won the praise of the owner and the performance of the original model. In recent years,the company has also participated in and completed many domestic or imported generator collector

ring transformation tasks such as Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant,Qujing Energy,Shandong Iron and Steel Rizhao.

"Unattended" - dual water cooled camera

In 2016,Shanghai Electric obtained the order of the State Grid new generation camera island. As a quality supplier of Shanghai Electric,after receiving relevant R & D instructions,our company actively carried out the research and development of air cooler,cooling water alkalization device

and related equipment equipped with comprehensive monitoring system,and participated in the technical decomposition and production execution of collector ring and water inlet support.

It provides high-quality equipment for the new generation of camera island of the State Grid,realizes the remote monitoring and automatic execution of these equipment,and realizes the "unattended" on the site,which greatly reduces the cost of on-site operation and maintenance. It can also realize

early warning of faults through data analysis,reduce the occurrence of fault jump,and bring important guarantees for UHV transmission and distribution lines.
